The program begins 7:45am on Monday July 16 and runs through 8pm (with optional fellowship in the student lounge following) on Friday June 20.
The Church Musicians Workshop is a residential intensive course. While the days are long, our learning take place together in community. Take this week as a retreat to come away from your regular duties and be renewed and refreshed for service to the Church. Participants should commit to attending all sessions throughout the week.
Individual Lessons: All Participants except those in the Clergy and Lay Leader Track receive two 45-minute individual lessons included in the registration fee in addition to scheduled practice times. An individualized timetable will be sent to each participant in mid June.
Cancellations & Refunds:
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel, you will forfeit the $75 deposit paid on your registration. For cancellations made before 2 weeks in advance of the program, refunds will be made on any expenses not yet incurred on your behalf. After meal counts have been provided to the kitchen and/or caterers, the amount refunded will be less those costs. Likewise, after the final lesson schedule is distributed to instructors and participants in mid-June, you will forfeit the cost of those lessons ($50 per 45 minutes). If you cancel one week or less before the start of the program, no refund will be made. There is a $5 administrative fee to cover the costs associated with producing and mailing a refund check.
